What ZenixAI collects, why, and your choices.
We never see your Deriv password and we never handle your money.
We do not sell your data. We keep a record of settled real-account trades so we can report our markup commission, and we explain exactly what is in it below.
ZenixAI is a trading automation platform that operates on the Deriv API. It is run by a trader from Kenya. You can contact us at zenixaisupportteam@gmail.com.
Your Deriv login details. When you log in with Deriv (or a personal access token), the app receives basic account details from Deriv, such as your account ID, currency and account type, so it can show your account and place trades. Your Deriv password is entered on Deriv's own page, never on ZenixAI.
Trade records. When a trade on a real account settles, ZenixAI saves a record containing: the contract ID, the time, your Deriv account ID, a description of the contract, the stake, the payout, the profit or loss, and the commission amount. We use these records to calculate and report ZenixAI's markup commission and to keep the service working. Trades on demo accounts are not saved.
Information stored in your browser. To keep you logged in and remember your settings, the app stores login session details, preferences and saved bots in your own browser, including cookies and local storage. This stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type.
Emails to support. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
We keep trade records for as long as we need them for commission reporting and accounting. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you.
ZenixAI is served over HTTPS. No website can promise perfect security, so keep your Deriv password and tokens private and never share them with anyone.
ZenixAI is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
