The rules for using ZenixAI.

ZenixAI is a third-party app that operates on the Deriv API. Your Deriv account, your trades and your money are governed by Deriv's own terms, which you accepted when you opened your Deriv account. These terms cover only ZenixAI's tools.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using zenixai.site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ZenixAI.

2. What ZenixAI provides

ZenixAI provides trading automation tools: automated trading engines, a bot builder, a bot store, a manual trader and a market scanner. When you press Run, ZenixAI sends trades to Deriv for your own Deriv account using the settings you chose.

ZenixAI is not a broker. It does not open accounts, hold money, or process deposits or withdrawals. Deposits and withdrawals are made only on Deriv's official website.

3. Your Deriv account

You need your own Deriv account to trade. Deriv, not ZenixAI, is responsible for your account, your funds, and how your trades are settled.
Deriv's terms, trading rules and risk disclosure apply to every trade placed on your account, including trades placed through ZenixAI.
For problems with your balance, deposits, withdrawals or account access, contact Deriv support.

4. Who can use ZenixAI

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Deriv's services are not available in every country. You are responsible for checking that trading and using automation tools is legal where you live.

5. No financial advice, no guarantees

ZenixAI does not give financial, investment or tax advice. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to trade.
Trading involves risk. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with. No profit is guaranteed, and past results do not predict future results.
Tools such as the market scanner rank markets using past data. A high ranking does not mean a trade will win.

6. Your responsibility

You decide which engine or bot to run, which market to trade, and your stake, take profit and stop loss. You are responsible for every trade placed on your account.
Check your settings before pressing Run, and use a Deriv demo account to practise first.
Keep your account details private. If you use a Deriv personal access token, give it only the Read and Trade scopes, and never share it.

7. Availability and errors

We work to keep ZenixAI running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free. Trades can be affected by internet disconnections, delays, market conditions, changes or outages at Deriv, or faults in the software. We may change, pause or remove features at any time.

8. Fees

ZenixAI does not charge you a subscription or sign-up fee. ZenixAI earns a small markup commission through Deriv's app markup programme on contracts bought through the platform. The markup is part of the contract price you see before you confirm a trade.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use ZenixAI to break the law, to break Deriv's terms, to attack or overload the service, to access other people's accounts, or to pretend to be ZenixAI or its operator.

10. Limit of liability

ZenixAI is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, ZenixAI and its operator are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or other damages that result from using ZenixAI, including losses caused by market movements, outages, delays, or the settings you chose. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using ZenixAI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
